Just 60, but trying to keep going with my journey

Hi! After having had the app for a couple of years, I am just giving it a serious go. I am a father of three, and one of my kids has a learning disability. Having to balance a busy family life (luckily, my wife supports everyone immensely) with a busy job has led to many failed starts when I get fit, and then life takes over...
I am happy to have some buddies to share the journey. I am going through base training to go for a triathlon next year.
Best wishes!

Queen of failed starts here. I know what to do, it works when I stick to it, but I get derailed too easily. I want to stick to my plans this time round. Good luck to you xx0

And good luck to you, too! Do you have any plans to get you where you want to be? I have had many failed starts, but this time, I have started by asserting myself in some areas of my life that needed to be tidied up (mostly about work), and so far, so good 👍
Let me know if there is a best way to support you. Best wishes!0
