@SurferGirl1982 I love WW--has really worked for me. I first went at 34 and now I'm 68. I cannot take medication for health reasons but will be returning to take Body Scan and work back into optimal health. Motivating myself and being part of supportive community is super important. Will be checking out 6 minute Core you recommend. Super important.

@surananc Do you do the app or actual meetings? Do they have a website version? I have some vision issues and can't do that kind of stuff on my phone.
I actually do really well just logging my food on MFP when I'm not drinking. I lost 30+ lbs in a little over three months just by quitting drinking and logging my foods on MFP (and weighing most everything). I tend to eat a lot of the same meals, so logging is easy for me. I'm not majorly overweight. But I did gain back the weight that I lost when I wasn't drinking.
I usually only follow the Less Alcohol thread. I feel that your insight could help others on that thread.
