When I first started this (about a week in) I had tons of energy...but lately I am totally just crashing and sleepy. Have you noticed a huge decrease in insulin requirments after going keto? I started at 140 units of Lantus a day, have decreased to 70 units, and am having lows today. I have an appointment with my Endo in a few weeks, just wondering if the is a common occurance.

How necessary is this? I have a allergy to Milk fat, so butter is something I use sparingly. If I want to add fat I use olive oil or bacon/hamburger fat.
