I am wondering how people re measuring their ketones to such a precise measurement. I have urine strips that I use that indicate how high my levels are, but only through color coding. Low sugar symptoms?
Anyone else having symptoms of low sugar? I've been sort of dizzy, sweaty, light-headed, especially when I have a lower carb day, The higher my fat grams are the more I have these symptoms. THey're not horrible, just sort of a slight dizziness.

I find myself these past couple of weeks losing the bulk of my weight the last 2-3 days (mostly weekend) before my monday weigh in. Eggs: Carbs or no?
So I have seen mixed entries for eggs. Some say 1 carb, some say 0. The eggs I have in my fridge say 0 carbs according to their nutritional label. Should I consider that label to be a filthy liar, or are eggs legit 0 carbs? They're large eggs if that helps.
