Macro % Help
Hi! Can someone please tell me how to figure out what my macro percentage is? I thought there was a pie chart somewhere here on MFP but I can't find it anywhere! Everyone seems to know their macro % for keto and I don't know mine. Thanks in advance!

I've been hearing and seeing more and more that many keto-ers eat just one main meal per day with a few snacks throughout the day. I'm really curious as to why this is because lately I've noticed that the time between my lunch and my dinner have gotten shorter.

When does REAL fat loss start?
Hi everyone! I've been in ketosis for about a week; yucky breath, Ketostix say positive (most of the time). Can someone tell me when the REAL fat loss starts? When did you start noticing a real difference in your body? I'm guessing 3-4 weeks?? Thanks in advance!

Plateau help!
Ok so the dreaded plateau has occurred and I need some tips. I eat around 25 net carbs a day and just started exercising. Is there anything else I can do that will help speed things up and get me over this plateau? Please help!

New user, just getting started on a new diet. Going to try to set a calorie goal for myself, then in week to get into ketosis. Any tips for affordable snacking? And as long as any carbs come from fresh vegetables (spinach, tomato, onion, mushroom, broccoli) primarily, should I worry heavily about the numbers?
