keto for medical conditions?
Are any of you on a dr. controlled keto diet for a medical condition? Specifically, for seizures and/or migraines? My neurologist is not really on board (especially since I'm not a child, and my seizures have responded to meds for the past year), but my own experimenting has found it works wonders for migraines.

Can you be in ketosis eating more than 20 carbs? I find that I am starving by after dinner. I am a vegetarian and eating tofu everyday is seriously making me want to gag. I've tried it and find it somewhat difficult to maintain because I am hating all the tofu I eat to get my protein. Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful.

Is it healthy to stay in keto?
I had my gallbladder removed after staying in keto then having more than 30 carbs on weekends, it built up gallstones so I am wondering really how hard it is on the rest of my body. I mean I really like staying in keto cause I drop lbs like nothing at first then about 2-4 the next few weeks.
