How many of you are set at 1200 Calories a day?
MFP has me set at 1200 calories a day. I have read a few places on here that pretty much nobody should be set to that and you should up your calories and you will lose more. I ran 5 miles today!!!!!
I started c25k February 1st after seeing some success stories of people being able to run 5k after completing this program. I thought I will be able to run more then 60 seconds. Renewed Motivation/Determination!
I just realized that I have exactlly 12 weeks left from today until I go to Mexico!!! I would love to reach my goal weight of 125 by then but at the rate I am going it's not gonna happen! Dinner ideas?
What's everyone having this week. I am in such a cooking rut nothing is sounding good to me right now. I have chicken breast, ground turkey, ground beef, beef roast and turkey burgers in my freezer at the moment. I also have leftover rotisserie chicken so chicken salad will be made tomorrow.

I was wandering if it was ok to go over like 200 calories?I normally stay as close to my 1500 as possible without going over,but was wandering if it was gonna matter that much if I did.It is still healthy foods im eating.Need your input Please!
