Pull apart chicken meal prep.
Ive recently fell in love with throwing three or four chicken breasts in a crock pot, adding a chicken bullion cube with a little water, veggies to taste, and letting it slow cook to perfection. Lean with a good homemade chicken soup flavor. Pair with rice or sweet potato and your golden for an easy tasty meal.

I hate to cook!
Hi! I really just don't like to cook. Unfortunately, as a result, we eat out way too often. Not good for my weight or my blood pressure. Why do restaurants use so much salt? I'm guessing because it's cheap. Anyway, easy cooking ideas and recipes would be much appreciated! Michelle
