anyone doing or have done the JM shred it with weights. I started on the 1st and can already feel the muscles working. I really like the workout.

How often do you take photos/measurements?
Trying to figure out how often to do this and expect to see a change. I last took measurements on 8/15 (day 8) and photos on 8/19 (day 9). Kind of antsy to see if there's a loss but if it's not been long enough I may wait so I don't get discouraged. Especially because my scale is not moving

Small but proud moment
I began 30 day Shred on Aug. 20th and am on Day 10 L1 today, took a couple days off in between to rest my knee. On day one I couldn't do 1 push up on my toes. Today, I did 6 push ups on my toes. Yeah, I feel like wonder women. Now I have to try and shower with jello arms. Wish me luck!
