hey y'all. if there is anyone on here who does running, im looking to get into it. where should i start, what should my first goals be? looking to do this as well as my current fitness regime of 30ds 7xw bellydancing 1xw and 2hr hike 1xw.

Lately I've noticed that the music from Level 1 stays in my brain all day and that I'm humming it and hearing it all the time...has anyone else had this happen? I am kind of weirded out, especially since I do the DVD every other day :laugh:
