The hardest part.
which part of your workout gives you the most trouble. im lv1 of 30ds and the second set of push ups absolutely destroy me. i just about manage the first 20 but when we drop back into them i manage about 4 then collapse.

No Ned to be discouraged!
As of this morning I haven't dropped a pound (after only 3 days) BUT, ladies, I have dropped 4 INCHES already!!! 1 on my waist the rest on my thighs. So don't get discouraged!! Also, my rings are looser than before, which is a good sign I'm dropping weight, too. Keep up the great work!!

Day 6- I killed it!
Well, I NAILED IT except for part of the cardio. Not sure why cardio kicks my butt So much on the video! I was able to complete ALL strength and almost all ab work.
