So, hubby is determined to get in shape. LOL glad he started with me!! We are going to do m-f the 30 day shred, starting all over again at level 1. We have been so lax lately we decided to start over. And we are running MWF and both sat and sun. So far so good.....

After doing a few sessions of 30DS, my calves are really sore--but that's it. Am I doing something wrong? I expected my whole body to hurt. Any ideas? I feel like I'm working out hard...

Hi, 4 days left of 30DS - time for new goals and plans. I was wondering what are your plans for after finishing 30DS? I would certainly hate to see all that hard work be lost, but I can't decide what to start next...

Bummed with myself
First of all, I'm gaining. Idk how, but I am. Second, I'm bummed that I can't keep up the workouts like I want. I REALLY was looking forward to doing RIPPED twice a week along with 30ds and running. I am going to eat more food today! Even it's just the protein drink, I'll drink 3 glasses if I have too!! And I am going to do my workout! Even if I have to curse at her the whole way! friend gave me this useful tip. app for your phone - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.calories.burned.calculator&hl=e install it, it has jillians workouts on there. put in your weight on the day and how many minutes ie 25 mins and it tells you how many calories youve burned. Calories
Do you guys eat back your exercise calories? I don't usually, sometimes I eat back some of them. I can't get my head around the idea of "earning" more calories to eat. How do you guys feel about it? If it makes a difference, I have 35 lbs to lose and have my goal set at 1200, exercising an hour 6 days a week.

Whats for dinner tonight?
Just curious what everyone is having for dnner. I am making some big sausages for the kids but OMG they are almost 400 cal EACH so I am opting for a turkey farmer sausage patty which is 80 Cal. Brown rice and peas/carrots on the side. nothing fancy here.

Level 3!
Since I've been bored it was suggested I try the next level. I tried level 3 today. Holy crap! It is probably my favorite workout of the 3 but I could not finish. I got the dry heaves bad! (I think it was the superman's) I made it halfway through the last circuit though. Hopefully the next time will be better!

Maybe my weight gain is from lowering exercise and not eating well lately, I know that..... But 3 weeks ago I started Vesicare for over active bladder issues, and that's when I started to gain.........anyone take this or know of someone who does??? I can't find much online...........

i got bruises,.... BRUISES EVERYWHERE
ever since starting 30ds ive been coming up with bruises all over my body. has anyone else noticed this. im not hurting myself or bumping into things or anything like that and before you ask no i dont sleep walk (well not since the chocolate incident at my dads...mortified)

30DS--How heavy are your dumbells?
Curious as to how heavy everyone is lifting. I don't feel much resistance with 5 lbs so I'm going to try 10 lbs tonight. My boyfriend suggested 15-20 lbs for more definition. I'm just not sure I can keep up with the pace using that much weight. Thoughts?
