6 days overdue now and going a little crazy from thinking 'is today the day?'!! Have walked loads every day… curries…rocking on an exercise ball etc and all the old wives tales and nothing. What are every ones plans for working out after baby? I figured I would start around 2 weeks pp and then do some yoga and other pp dvds I have. Today I am 1 day pp and decided to 30 minutes of yoga (just stretches, nothing crazy) to relax my joints. It was good.
