That sounds like me. But I'm slowly adding different foods into my diet. I started out with 2-3 protein shakes, tilapia with evoo, & hummus with pita chips a day. The protein shakes are what made me hit my calorie goal. Like you, I get enough calories but eat the same thing everyday, so I totally understand.

I'm on a low carb-high protein diet too... well, lifestyle change. But I say diet because it's what I eat. ANYWAY! What's your tdee & how much cals do you get a day?

I have no problem with the money for it. I'll be spending about $200 a month & that's nothing. Nobody else in my house eats healthy so it's all mine. I do this on weekends, or as much as I can because I'd rather just drink my meals. It's easier on my stomach.

Thank you all for ideas :) I have the Jack Lalanne juicer, & you're right it doesn't do bananas or avocados as they contain no juice. I did have a blender but no one was using it so it's packed away.. it was loud anyway. But I'm DEFINITELY trying yalls recipes!!

My cat should add lots of protein.. thanks! haha. & diabetes runs in my family, so I cut sugar to 45 grams a day. But when I'm juicing I might not even count it. Idk.

Hey I'm Emmie. Known as the former constant binge eater. I am 14 days clean & never wanna go back! I'm 18, but will be 19 in January. Yes. That's one foot exercise I do. Also, while standing, lift your heels up & down. I have soo many foot & leg exercises you can try! Just google them.

Just read up on that & it said basically do what I do. After exercise, ice your feet then elevate them. Wear insoles. Have rest days! You need to take care of that because if it gets worse you might need surgery... same for me :/

Drink 1-2 liters before 3pm when you work at 6.. 6pm when you work at 9. Problem should be solved.

Have you calculated your tdee? If not, type in tdee in google & a website called iifym.com will pop up. Read the directions after you put in your stats & find out your tdee.
