I also have a sports injury. I fell back into my old eating habits for a few weeks but have recently found the motivtaion to get back! Feel free to add me =)

Sticking with your diet 7 days a week will help you acheive your goals slightly sooner. However you have to weigh that benefit against the potential of depriving yourself. The way I see it is a cheat day once a week will help in the long run as once you do go into maintenance the chances of eating over maintenance is more…

Your first point about that all calories are created equally makes such a great point! I am on a 114 day streak and am seeing this everyday. You look wonderful and I hope one day I will reach 1000!

I enjoy challenges like pushups ir squats everyday for a week. I suggest doing a time frame like a minute and see how many ypu can get up to doing by the end of the week
-
I am ready for the challenge! I have a personal goal to be 160lbs by my birthday on August 19th so I am going to say I want my summer goal to be 10lbs! That is half way and will bring me to 170

I would love an add to this group!

thanks for all the feedback! If I want to maintain I am supposed to eat 1900cals a day according to MFP. I did look into a nutritionist by unfortunately my health plan does not cover a private one and I cannot afford the $120 an hour rate they charge here. I am on the wait list to go see a nutritionist at the hospital but…

amazing job! My weight loss is slow and steady as well; I am fluctuating between 18-20lbs lost and started 4 months ago. I started at 202 and now I am between 181-183. It is nice to see that it is taking other people a longer time to loose the weight; it helps keep me motivated when I don't see the scale change much.

On a PC go to home->Check-In-> and at the bottom of the chart it says "edit previous entries" click that and you can delete your old entries
-
Add me too! Been here since November 3rd but lost my streak so it's only at 85 days !
-
Feel free to add me too! I am also down 20.5lbs as of this morning! I have 32 to go!
-
I am at 20lbs lost and no one really noticed yet; except for the people who know I am loosing weight.

To me, I see a big difference between the "Fat-Positive" and the "Plus-size Positive". I do not mean to offend anyone but I am just speaking on behalf of my experience. The distinction between the two that I have found is that Fat-Positive people are usually in denial with themselves about their health. the way I see it is…

Youtube is good for lots of exercises as well. I use some for follow along routines as well as just watching them to get ideas of exercises to do on my own
-
Martial arts (Tae Kwon Do in particular) it works everything! Cardio big time and it always incorporates lots of body weight strength training.

I like the Victoria Secret ones. They have different options for support levels too. Very pricey though; in Canada one bra runs you $70
