This!! :-) iv just started eating a lot more fibrous foods and feel so much better....feel full for waaaaay longer, skin is clearing real nicely and I have so much more energy....my runs are a lot easier too! I'm all for eating the "right" things to fuel your body :-)

I was having my "rest day" meaning I didn't have to do an exercise but i dragged the kids out and went for a nice brisk 6km walk (run 5-6 kms 5 days a week)! Poor kids!!

I haven't read all the posts so someone might have already said this....coconut is fine to use sparingly....it is higher than most other oils in saturated fat however it cooks to a higher temp without converting to trans-fats which are the real bad ones that cause heart disease etc...most other oils get to a certain temp…

Do u like fruit? I make green smoothies most days...if I have everything on hand I'll put in spinach, cos lettuce, carrot, Apple, banana and a squeeze of lemon....u don't taste the spinach, lettuce and carrot....it really just tastes like a yummy fruit smoothie!! May be worth a try!!

I went out for breaky today and chose the healthiest option on the menu!! Museli with natural Greek yoghurt! Usually I will have a green smoothie (spinach, carrot, Apple, banana, sometimes mandarin, sometimes lemon juice, and mo up what ever veggies I have!! Sometimes beetroot! Also chia seeds as I think they are fab!!
