hi everyone, just starting out on the LFRV 80/10/10 lifestyle (...for the 4th time Lol) and just looking to find people to share recipe ideas! :)

    If it is the 4th time you are starting it it might be a good indication it is not a sustainable diet for you. What are you wanting to achieve with this diet? Do these goals require something so restrictive?

    Low fat raw vegan....thats stricter than keto. I am just curious about this one. Bumping for perspective (I eat dead cows :) ).
