Lisa 50 OH....if you figure out the snack thing, let me know....snacks are my major downfall. I have made some luck by always keeping sugar free jello in thee fridge (Royal jello has less calories than Jello brand - 1/2C= 5 calories v 1/2 C = 10 calories).

I gotta brag. I'm 56. On December 9th I weighed 311....today 278....I have a long way to go but 33 pounds is a start! I have serious mobility issues from an accident 5 years ago (I need a cane) and while I have had a gym membership for years, I rarely used it. In the past few weeks I have been going regularly and even have…

I went off my very healthy eating/exercise habits because my ex husband made fun of me......I regained over 100Lbs over 9 years. Notice I said EX. It took me a few years to restart my healthy eating again. Because of a serious injury 2 years ago I have not had the chance to become an exercise junkie ---- YET  As far…

In June of 2013 I badly broke my ankle and fibula ......I get around these days with a cane. I can not yet wear any heel over 1/4" without pain. My physical therapist and I found http://www.restrictedshoes.com/flats/ and these provide great support. Anything that ties up has a bit of support..... I have 4 pair that wear…

Just want to say you are not alone.....evening snacks are my downfall. Drinking hot beverages like tea seems to help. I try to eat at least 1 meal a day (dinner) with my partner and those meals are often my my most high calorie ones.....I have to plan for it.
