oh yep. by mother and boyfriend complain that i don't eat but in reality i probably eat more than them i just eat natural organic super healthy foods whilst they are tucking into huge plates of pasta and other foods lacking nutrition.

Because I try not to eat sweet potatoes or any potatoes at all because it makes me bloat and hurts my IBS, so i just have it occasionally or im walking around with a pregnant looking swollen sore belly :( i just eat more fats than heavy carbs x

Yep !! a whole lotta water weight around the middle, no crop tops for me during that time ;) Sometimes i take health salts with water to try flush it all through if i have a special occasion during that time and don't want a kangaroo pouch on my stomach haha Xx

I've trained myself that even when im not in the gym doing the usual squats lunges etc I workit whenever I can, If im relaxing in the house with the TV i will be constantly squeezing my bum muscles until it burns, i do it for ten mins before bed, ten mins when i wake up etc haha, they have gone so round and firm its crazy…

Uphill running, mountain biking and weights have made my calves grow big too :'( I don't know if its because a big build up of muscle or they just look bigger now that my body fat percentage is down haha, but look on the bright size big calves make your thighs look smaller ;)

It may sound crazy but if my losses come to a standstill I have a weekend where I eat what I want, (I may put on a pound) but when I start back with calorie deficit it seems i'm boosted then start dropping weight again xXx

My favourite I make at the moment is fresh lemon and thyme, i soak chicken breasts in the juice of 2 lemons and a big bunch of thyme in the morning before I leave home and then they are ready to be roasted when I get home in the evening. Its a nice fresh taste xxx
