    True.
I get a whole head of broccoli, chop it into florets. Add a Tbs of oil and chopped garlic in a freezer bag. add the broccoli and shake to coat. Arrange on a baking tray and cook in the oven until crunchy. Yummy, healthy and filling

Eat enough to feel full. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables and learn when you are nutritionally full , when you are emotionally eating, or when you are thirsty. Uhh how about the book The China Study ?? If I am not mistaken it is one of the largest studies :)

Meh. Paleo. Personally, all I do to feel full is bulk up my meals with lots of vegetables.

Feel full? Protein, protein protein! Eat enough protien at every meal you will fill full without adding extra calories. Protein does not have to be meat. It can be high protein vegis, eggs, or vegan options.i try to get the same amount of proteins as carbs at every meal. Another side to that is by eating more protein it actually kicks your body into using fat as energy rather then sugars you get from carbs.

If youre not feeling full after you eat a meal, you should address that. More protein, good fats and lots of veggies. If its intermittent hunger, you can try hot tea with coconut sugar. Thats my go to when im in between meals... or if its late and I just need... something, ya know? Haha I used to dislike tea, but found some amazing organic chocolate chai and vanilla teas that I love and they feel like a treat. Heaps of water can literally fill you... but warm liquids feel more satisfying. You can also add soups to your menu= high volume/ low calorie. I find high water content fruits make good snacks. Also, if your caloric intake is just too low... you'll have to accept that you will constantly feel hungry.

I'm amazed at the folks who can drink caffeine and find it curbs hunger. I wish it did that for me instead of making me want to eat everything in site, lol. OP I agree with protein, water, and veggies. I would add that you may want or need to increase your fat intake. Add some healthy oils or some chunks of avocado, see if that helps.
