Yes I eat eggs, dairy, nuts, beans, not sea food cause I don't like it.

I have intestinal issues. Did all kinds of tests and you name it they didn't reach to any diagnosis. Last thing doctor said was try to stop all kinds of meat and see what happens. A week after stopping my intestinal issues started getting better and now completely gone.

I am not a coach so I don't want you thinking I am selling anything but when I started a couple years ago with PiYo I was a beginner and did great. I saw great definition and went down from a size 14 to size 10. I fell off the wagon though and gained a lot back that's why I want to restart again

I fell off the wagon last week. Back on track this week. It feels amazing I am sure it will feel much better once I start messing up and my body is clear from all the processed food and sugar

Yes it is intended for weight loss but after trying for a couple days now I do not think whole30 is for me. It is way too restrictive and now a lifestyle I can sustain. Still doing PiYo though

Couldn't do IF LOL got hungry and didn't want to binge do might stick too only low carb for now ahahahaha. I have PCOS so low carb is the way to go for me. I have lost 85lbs last year but fell off the wagon and now need to start back again. I did low carb but never tried IF. I guess it's not for me hahaha

Yes it is a lot of money but I fell for it already and bought the DVDs last year Hahahaha they are really great though and do sculpt and define your body I did Piyo for 5 months last year and I saw a huge difference

Yeah I burn almost 200 in a 30 minute session from those DVDs. I never go over 200. Starting the strength ones tomorrow hopefully that would increase the calories burnt

It was recommended for my PCOS, Doctor said it will speed up weight loss and help keep my blood sugar low. I am fine with this woe but obviously what I was doing wrong is not monitoring calories.
