I lost 55lbs on WW in 2005 because it was easy. I had 25 points to eat and I knew what my usual foods would cost me. I didn't have to think about it at all. There are a lot of reasons to use WW and there are a lot of reasons to use something free, like MFP. As long as it works for YOU, what does it matter?

Depends on you. I liked T25 because it was 25mins and that's all I had to work out. I did the Insanity program but found it was harder to stick to due to the longer work outs.

If you're just looking to lose a bunch of fat in a very quick amount of time (I lost 30lbs on keto in about 2.5 months), keto is perfect. Sustain it all through summer to keep your beach body and then go back to eating normally in the winter and gain it all back. <end sarcasm>

They do not sync in the form of a log post on your wall. They do sync the steps that you use and then there's a bit of math on the actual calories burned. So if you're pulling your steps/calories from Fitbit to MFP, you should see the exercise in your totals. There is a stickie on this board that addresses this issue.…
