I've been bulimic for almost 10 years and recovered for about 2. I'd highly recommend seeking a dietitian and going to therapy. They'd be more knowledgeable on how to help or at least make the path a bit easier.

MTS, quest and pes are my preferred. For cheaper ones I'd go with cellucor or optimum nutrition though it's definitely a tie between mts and pes (select protein) they taste good and mix well.

This always happens to me if I have had a big meal or snack before my workout. It's pretty normal. Just try to wait an hour or so after eating when you do a workout.

Whipped cream cheese with cinnamon sugar on top (can even use butter instead of cream cheese) loved it since I was little. Sometimes if I want a savory taste I'll do cream cheese with some pepper and spinach.

Are you doing any exercise? Are you weighing your food out? Wait a bit longer and see if it changes if no change in another two weeks try slightly adjusting your calories. Maybe try 1300 or 1400?

Swai has a less fishy taste and adding nutmeg to fish can make it taste less fishy. Just don't add too much or the nutmeg will overpower it

I can relate. I've been bulimic for 9 years but in recovery for 2 years so far. My hardest was dealing with meals but I found in the beginning to always meal plan/prep. I'd prepare all my meals the night before or in the morning so I had no excuse to miss. This helped trying to get my hunger signals back too and in a…

2 pounds in a week could be anything. Weight fluctuates all the time. I've been a recovered bulimic for almost two years now. When I cook it I'll add cinnamon to the water while it's heating up. Then once oats are all cooked I'll usually add a bit of coconut milk and slice up some strawberries and stir about half of it in. Then I'll melt a tablespoon of crunchy almond butter and kind of cover the top of it as like a glaze and add the rest of the…

Avocado and melons like cantaloupe and honeydew. Sometimes other fruit/veg really irritate my mouth which I heard had something to do with pollen or birch allergy? I noticed I can tolerate some if they are cooked but avocado and those melons break me out in rashes.

I quit smoking about 6 months ago and it was definitely affecting my exercise time. I Smoked alot and it was definitely not good. I would be out of breath after 15 mins and would have to stop every so often for a minute to catch my breath. Now I feel fine and can easily run without stopping. Best decision every but I still…

I'm vegetarian but on my way to vegan but raw vegan can be a bit expensive since you need to buy a lot of fruit/vegetables. If you're honestly interested in becoming vegan then give it a try. I'm not sure exactly what info you need but might want to join the happy herbivore group on here and check out a few books like the…

I usually cook a lot of meals with chickpeas (I'm obsessed with them) I'll use sun warrior protein powder (vegan) if I want to add more protein. Chia/flax seeds to oatmeal or smoothies. You should google vegan staples and you'll get a idea of what to get to make sure you can cook easy meals and meet nutrition needs
