Vegans Plz I need your help!!

I'm lacto ovo vegetarian I eat cheese, egg and drink almond milk. I would like to be vegan but not sure what to eat n also the labels in the back of packages like I learn Geletin is not good any other labeled name to look for?

Depends on how strict you want to be. Sometimes "natural flavors" contain animal products, but not always.0

Looks like they all do except the soup. There's no way to tell if they're vegan or not without contacting the manufacture. Like I said, it depends on how strict you want to be about it. It's extremely difficult and expensive to make sure every item you eat is 100% vegan, so you kind of have to compromise on some things.0 -
