food ideas-macros, reverse dieting

I am currently reverse dieting and was wondering if anyone has high calorie (around 200) but low macros recipies or food ideas?

    All food is made of macros. If it has 200 calories it has 200 calories worth of macros in some combination of carbohydrates, fat and protein. Is there a specific macro you would rather fill your new calories with?

    Just a few ideas, these are things I reach for when I'm carb/fat poor and need more protein to hit my goal:

    7oz shrimp (uncooked): 210 cals, 40/2/3.5 (P/C/F)
    10 large egg whites: 172 cals, 36/2.4/0.6
    8oz deli turkey breast: 200 cals, 44/4/2
    8oz barramundi filet: 180 cals, 46/0/2

    Are you doing low carb? If so, it is almost impossible to do low carb with low fat and high protein. You will see, low carbers are high fat and high protein. LCHF (low carb/high fat)
