I'm joining as well!!! I plan to lose as much as possible, but minimum 5lbs, or 2.5kgs...
What are your plans for losing that weight? I need ideas!!
To begin with, I've created a "30 Day Crunches Challenge" (check it out and join if you like!), and I plan to stick to it till the end of April. I'm also planning on adding some planking to the crunches, to reinforce abs and back as well.
My (more or less!) 1200cal a day and my Garmin VivoFit 2 are going to help me on the way!
But yeah... More ideas? Recipes? Cardio exercises? EVERYTHING WELCOME!0 -

I'm in for 10 (hopefully). Been having pretty good luck lately, so hopefully the trend will continue. Down 8.4 lbs already for March... gonna have to kick it up a notch for April!0

MFP has my calories at 1200, but I try to stay just under that (so it doesn't yell at me and say I'm not eating enough0 -
It didn't post my whole reply! Grrrrr...
I also don't eat the calories back that I burn off.
I got a gym membership in mid February and try to go at least 5-6 days a week. I mostly use the treadmill for an hour, steadily increasing the incline as much as possible, where I can still keep it up for the whole hour. Then, 1-2 days a week, I throw in a bit of strength training as well. I tend to do a lot more strength if one of my teenage boys go with me. They like to push me. Its a good thing.0 -

Hi everyone.
Im in I need the motivation.
My daughter is 3months old and I am breastfeeding finding it difficult to get the balance right.
I would like to lose 5lbs in April. Im 27 5'2 and 132lbs MFP gaves me 1200cals a day I add 300 for bf.
I am trying to get back into exercise started bums and tums and hopefully starting with a running group end of April.
