    I would like to remind everyone that the key to weight loss is CALORIE DEFICIT!!!

    Make sure you track all you eat onto my fitness pal and that you eat under the recommend amount :) If you continue to do this, you should be able to lose two pounds a week!!!

    Any questions regarding diet and exercise for April challenge? I can answer them :)

    Me too! Just getting going again (Day 2). I will be eating 1300 calories a day and hiking as much as I can, hopefully 6 days a week! 5'2", 119 lbs, need to be 112, 110 would be even better. Tired of being between pants sizes and want to settle into the lower one! Good luck everybody!

    Had a shock to the system when I was weighed at the doctor's office on Monday. I had been a regular at MFP in the past but not recently. I am now at the heaviest I have ever been and will ever be. I will not go back here again! I got rid of my clothing for this size the last time I lost weight and don't want a wardrobe for this size again!

    5 lbs is my goal for the month. 10 would be AMAZING but I don't know that I have ever lost more than 6 lbs in a month. 3 lbs is the norm for me in the past. I have 40 lbs to lose. (Cannot believe I am saying that... mainly because I cannot believe I got back to this point!)

    I try to stay a bit under or around 1,500.

    At least 30 minutes exercise every day!
