    Hi I'm in! But I'd like to lose 7.5 lbs. half of my overall goal that I've struggled with my whole adult life!

    My calories are between 1200 to 1400.

    My training is walking as much as I can, I start yoga on Wednesday.

    This is my first week using myfitnesspal. But i would like to join as well but not sure how? I like to lose between 8-10 pounds :)

    I'm in! Need all the support I can get!! Lost 20 lbs in 2013, gained 30 lbs in 2014! Depressed, lethargic, and sick of tired of being sick and tired! I'm IN!!

    I'm joining as well!!! I plan to lose as much as possible, but minimum 5lbs, or 2.5kgs... :D

    What are your plans for losing that weight? I need ideas!!

    To begin with, I've created a "30 Day Crunches Challenge" (check it out and join if you like!), and I plan to stick to it till the end of April. I'm also planning on adding some planking to the crunches, to reinforce abs and back as well.

    My (more or less!) 1200cal a day and my Garmin VivoFit 2 are going to help me on the way! :D

    But yeah... More ideas? Recipes? Cardio exercises? EVERYTHING WELCOME! :D

    I'm in for 10 (hopefully). Been having pretty good luck lately, so hopefully the trend will continue. Down 8.4 lbs already for March... gonna have to kick it up a notch for April!
