I lost 15-18ish pounds and toned up. I built muscle too so I'm sure I lost more fat than what the scale says. I've done the first guide twice and I just finished my 7th week of the 2nd guide so if you have any other questions, let me know!

I know people who have done it both ways. I repeated the first guide and then did the second one and I think that was the best way to do it for me personally

Yes! I took super long breaks and only got through circuits like 1 1/2 times. They are extremely tough! Don't get discouraged and it is totally worth it!

They are very similar to the 12 weeks to kind of get you ready for what to expect in the book. I didn't do them but I have heard they are basically as hard as the real thing

This is the best guide ever! It changes lives! I love it so much! Just look on Instagram. It's the most supportive community. I'm on my 27th week of this guide and couldn't be happier

If you are eating right as well as doing the guide, you will notice a difference! My body completely changed!

I do BBG! I have gotten incredible results through it! Yes I have stalled in progress occasionally but overall it was seriously the best!! I am on my 25th week of it so feel free to message me with any questions

Hey girls, I just finished the guide for the second time. I didn't do pretraining but I know people who did and loved it. If anyone has questions let me know! I'm starting the second guide tomorrow and I have loved every second of the past 24 weeks

I actually didn't follow her diet at all because it was too confusing for me haha but I know girls who did and got great results as well. I love my results, it changed my body and my life and I couldn't be happier!

I can say with personal experience that this is false! I finished the guide and started it over. I have now stuck to this for 14 weeks. I eat all the time and have not been hungry at all. I just stick to eating healthy foods now. Even on days that I have had small binges, I bounce back and haven't gained a pound from it.…
