Has anyone tried the BBG (bikini body guide) workouts by Kayla Itsines? I found her on Instagram and the before and after pics that people post using this program are amazing! Just curious if anyone here has had success with it or not :)

    There's quite a few here that have. Try searching for Kayla or BBG. I'm starting round 2 again soon. I sometimes vary the exercises a bit but I really enjoy it.

    I did not and had a lot of success with it. I really love it and it completely transformed me and my life
