I'm on week 2 day 2 of the bbg. I can definitely feel a difference and soreness in my legs and abs and I can tell it's a great workout, but I am fearful that I will get weeks in and not physically notice a difference. Looking for motivation and advice to keep going!

If you are eating right as well as doing the guide, you will notice a difference! My body completely changed!0 -
I am on Day 3 of week 6 and I love it thus far. I can see a lot of changes. Although I'm not very strict on my diet, I do try to eat clean most of the times but I struggle on the weekends.0
