I was 191 at my heaviest and 164 when I started MFP this February. Now I'm 140 and plan to get down to 125 or 130. No pictures yet but soon. I eat whatever I want as long as it fits my calorie goal and I exercise but only 2 or 3 times a week. I have 3 kids and work a lot so I don't have much spare time. You can do it!

No pictures, but I was 164 and am now 141. Since February I've lost the weight and am trying to lose at least 6 more pounds. I've been calorie counting and doing a little exercise. Calorie counting is the magic key to success.

I have a similar story that goes back 8 years and to get back on track I had to start smalll. For one week I simply added more water and no more sugary drinks. Then week 2 I started going on walks. Then week 3 I limited my calories to under 2,000. Then the next week was a smaller amount of calories. I kept doing this week…

I pre plan the night before and plan my snacks that I know I'm gonna eat. I only take the food that I have planned with me. I'm a teacher too and a stress eater, but pre planning works best for me.

I always drink lots of water like at least 80 ounces the day after overeating. It seems to help me.

I'm on week 7 of C25K. I've lost 2 inches around my waist, 4 inches around my thighs, 2 inches around my calves, and 2 inches around my butt. It has made a huge difference in how healthy I feel and how my clothes fit. I'm also counting calories.

I love carbs too but I find that I have to eat less food on the days I want to eat high carb meals. I can eat so much more by putting protein, fruits and veggies as a priority.

Ceembee my stats are almost exactly like yours. I carry my weight well too and people say I will be anorexic if I lose 15 mor pounds but I would only be 135. So frustrating and such a slow process. I need help too.

I tend to go over my calorie count at least once a week but not so much that I will gain weight. If I go out to eat I plan for it and try to order from the lighter version menus. Take pictures. Maybe your body is changing...gaining muscle and losing fat. The scale won't show that.

I try not to eat my exercise calories back, but when I do I only eat a few of them. MFP gives me more calories than I actually burn so I'm careful not to eat that much.

Don't let her jealousy stop you. If you are truly that good of friends then next time she says something just let her know it is hurtful. Talking about your feelings can help and who knows maybe that will inspire her to get healthy for her wedding. :)

I have had 3 c sections. My latest one was a year ago. My highest non pregnancy weight was 191. I'm now 148 and the flab over the scar is still there. I wish the flabbiness would go away but I'm happy to keep the scar as a birthmark for my 3 babies.
