My favorite smoothies include copious amounts of spinach and cacao powder. Xo I also enjoy just blending pineapple with water.... But otherwise almond milk, frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1 tbs raw unsalted peanut butter, 1 TBS cacao powder, bee pollen, 1 C spinach, .5 C yogurt and turmeric.

Yes I grate apples and add them into the mixture during the last 10 minutes. Then I add frozen blueberries or pomegranates to the HOT top with brown sugar and Irish butter. (Peanut butter is good on the top, but it's a trigger good for me, so I try to avoid it) ... add nutmeg and cinnamon to the top

Trader Joe's has a pretty good acidophilus (probiotic) which is great to take before your largest meal of the day!

I recommend after posting a juice under lunch (for example) to save the meal in order so you can avoid the typing and searching labor for the future. Especially if you have a few juices you toggle between, could be a good trick for you. Good luck!

I struggle with this as well. Everytime I binge, though, it's for some psychological reason. For example, when I'm frustrated with my work load, when my partner is pissing me off, etc. When I binge at night, (like last night) ... it was because I stayed up too late and didn't eat enough protein for dinner so I got hungry…

I refuse to buy LA CROIX, as well as acai bowls.

I'm Jillian! I practice yoga (or union) every day. I am an art student in Los Angeles, CA. This city is so incredibly busy and overwhelming that dedicating 2-3 hours of time to health and wellness is essential to my sanity and positivity here (whether that be walking, meditating, or going to a yoga class) ...I am trying to…

In my experience, I stop snoring when I cut back on dairy. The only dairy I eat now, is fermented. Yogurt, kefer, raw milk.

I agree. I sent you a request! & anyone else, feel free to add me. I have an open diary.

I cook salmon in my cast iron on the stovetop. 4-5 mins both sides. I cook it in unsalted butter and garlic cloves. I also like a baked salmon recipe, cooked in creamy coconut milk.

I sent you a request! I drink smoothies often.

I get the fat-free Fage yogurt and put it in smoothies. It is delicious! And FULL of protien.

Thanks y'all!

Great suggestions everyone, thank you! I've got some good ideas now. Eggs are OUT, and smoothies too. I DO NOT have a refridgerater, toaster, or microwave. I only have an electric tea kettle..

Hola! I eat oats, like brown rice. I add soy sauce, cottage cheese, spices (like curry) or Sriracha, NUTRITIONAL YEAST (for sure) or unsalted butter. I also like to eat my brown rice sweet in the mornings like cereal, with milk, butter, jam, honey, or maple syrup.

Fat is good, just depending on what kind you're eating. Fat from fish or flax seed oil, unsalted butter, nuts, etc. OKAY.. Mayo is pretty fattening, try veganaise.. Some low cal options I like on sandwiches are Sriracha, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salsa.... Also, make your sandwiches open face! Or lay off the cheese.…

Hey! The first step is actually the easiest, even though most will say it's the hardest... HAHA. I only say this, because I have struggled with overeating for the last couple years and I'm trying to get back on track... Every day is a challenge, and I try not to lose sight of my goals. Day by day, is the mentality I have…

Soy milk is OKAY, however it can throw off your hormone balance... I recommend, making your own nut milks. My favorite is half and half: Brazil nut and almond milk. You just soak the nuts in water, overnight (in the blender) and then blend in the morning. (You don't even need to strain it, and you get all the healthy fiber…
