  • Still going - will do until it's no longer possible for whatever reason. They've made sure there's extra cleaning stuff to wipe down machines and are ramping up their cleaning and I've been good at washing my hands since I got a stomach bug a couple of years ago.   • Currently I'll work out at the gym, outside or at home. Depends on the activity/time of day/weather/daylight.
  • Kind of half and half. In the morning I'll log breakfast/lunch/sometimes dinner as I know what I'm having but will log snacks as I go along or update if I've changed my main meals for any reason.

  • For me it was just a matter of getting used to getting up earlier (5:45 in my case) so I could get to the gym before work. Now it's just normal/routine for me and I don't really think about it - took a few weeks to get in to the habit though.
  • I've been logging 5 years as of this coming weekend - around 3 and half years of that has been while maintaining. I'm not AS strict with it as I used to be but I find it helps keep me on track if I have a visual of what I have eaten so will probably be logging for a lot longer!

  • Can't give any advice based on experience (my first half is just over 4 weeks away!) but I will say most people have given me the same advice as you've had above - don't start too fast, run at your pace and enjoy yourself! Good luck! :smile:
  • I bring in leftovers from home. Even though there are only 2 of us at home, I tend to cook enough for at least 3-4, so just freeze the leftovers and use them for my lunch at work throughout the week. Saves me a little but of money too!
