Wow thanks very much everyone! :-0 Some ideas for things to nibble on would be REALLY cool. I feel like crap and all the foods look revolting. Sorry for a lame reply I'm just not ceryy awake. So far the seaweed stuff you wrap around sushi tastea good but not the lowest of carb foods.

I think a lot of it is just stretched skin from being pregnant.

Thanks you guys. It has been a crazy month here. I have just found out that I am (very super early) pregnant and now have that added worry. I don't know how to tell my partner. He's not really enjoying being a father to the children we already have as it is. Will attempt to stay low carb as I had gestational diabetes last…

Try 8 months, 8 days is not enough time for even the most sharp eyed of us to see a difference.

I figure people measure their own height, who is this mysterious they? Much like we measure our own weight. You go figure! :-) Why not? Do people not want to know things about themselves? Imagine if we were all like that on here regarding our weight.

My fitbit charge HR gives me 300 for a very brisk 40 minute walk over hilly terrain, it seems pretty accurate in the time I have had it (I'm 75kg).

At 4'11" I maintain on 2400kcal per day, I'm 165lbs down from 252lbs. I am almost 33. I doubt that 1200 would suddenly be too much for me at goal and would be pretty horrified if it was. My grandma maintains on that, she's 69 and my height and gets less than 1000 steps per day due to rheumatoid arthritis.

Whaaat!? Haha, funny thread. I know I am 148cm and 7mm tall, not sure how you could imagine being taller than you really are.
-
You're not doing anything wrong, why do you want to be way under your goal?
-
That is a very cool idea :-)

Dayum, look at your gorgeous muscular legs! Very inspirational.

Lifestyle = sedentary. Then add exercise on top of that.

The scale weight in grams. I would never measure anything by cup or spoon unless it was liquid.

Cool idea! I was an NZ/UK size 24-26, I think that is about a 20-22 in the USA depending on brand. Now I am an NZ/UK 16. I've lost 40kg, I think that's about 80 something pounds. I still have all my "fat" clothes and they all fall off straight away, I can fit me and my 2 small kids into most of them.

I am aiming to lose the same amount of weight, from 115kg to 50kg. I've lost 40kg so far and been morbidly obese for more than half of my life. You can do this! I had a BMI of 52 to start with. My before in these pics wasn't even a before, that was at about 105kg, so I got bigger before I lost weight. 25kg to go for me.…

At about 50lbs lost.

My apologies. I read it that you thought I had a fun cheat and that it had been stupid, as the thread starter I assumed comments in the thread were directed at me. I'm a sensitive person. Sorry. I'm taking time out from everything as I have realised after vomiting food up 9 times this week, there are issues keto can't fix,…

15kg isn't much weight to lose, and I would not have a goal of a kilo a week. I don't even have that as a goal now and I've got 25kg to lose yet. 500g would be better. I'm down 40kg so feel that a kilo a week sounds a bit aggressive to me, for only 15kg to lose in total.
-
You've lost 163lbs! I am not surprised that you feel done.
-
Youtube is good. I've never set foot in a gym in my life and manage to exercise just fine.

Being 4'11" and large framed, I don't think I'll ever have a waist, no matter what body shape! My hips practically grind against my ribs.

Low carb has been the ONLY thing that has ever really helped me fight BED. I am 32 and have always had a funny relationship with food, that turned into BED some time during my teenage-hood. This year has been the best time of my life. I still fight it, and still have the odd time where I will binge, but it's more like once…

Oh no! Are you at work? That would make me cry, I hate wasted food. I'd be texting someone to come get my house keys and check the crockpot, or buggering off from work for 30 minutes.

I usually stop eating around 2pm, 'coz dang...I eat too much at breakfast. Then eat again about 7am the next day. I never thought about it as any sort of fast and I don't feel any benefits, just means I'm hungry all evening and have to cook for people and watch them eat.

I always thought your profile picture on here WAS Sean Connery...you mean that is you?! Wow!

Again?! he only just changed it from professionalhobbiest. He's not on my friends list now, I assumed I had pee'd him off somehow. I also came for the kittens...

It doesn't happen to all, and you usually have some bulging between the muscles if it has happened to you. My abs meet in the middle after 2 kids. We don't all get diastatis recti.
