Assuming you are the male in the picture, there is a massive difference. You look amazing.

I lost 88lbs and 10oz (40.2kg) from Jan 4th 2015 to September 19th 2015. Sadly I gained weight again (I got pregnant, lost the baby, got pregnant again and baby is 12.5 weeks old now). So I went from 115kg to 74.8kg, got back up to 88kg (194lbs) by October 9th and I'm down to 82.6kg (182lbs) 6 days later.

I'm a coke zero lover, I'm drinking some right now. It doesn't have any negative effect on me, only on my wallet. However my husband always feels a bit yucky after drinking it - tired, sluggish and just off. He isn't dieting or doing any sort of low carb thing at all, but he has stopped drinking it.

My breath always smells terrible when I go into ketosis. I did keto for ages, I'm now hovering somewhere near "low carb" but not being too strict. I'm breastfeeding and running which I was never doing before so find the extra carbs don't do me any harm. Even hanging around 70-130g I still dropped about 3kg in a few days…

Thanks so much everyone! My bubba is 11 weeks old and she's amazing :-) KnitOrMiss you are looking beautiful and like you've reversed your age by at least 10 years, fabulous stuff. Thanks for the warm welcome back. I've hopefully had my last bread binge as of today, bye bye bread. I think I'll go low carb rather than keto,…

I've fallen off the wagon, but I never noticed any difference.

I use granular replacements, they do not list any fillers on the packaging here. I use either natvia (erythritol and stevia) or norbu (monk fruit and erythritol). Norbu is my favourite, it tastes great, but natvia is cheaper. I think they are Australian made products. I've made some delicious pavlovas using each.

I only take folic acid, as I am not on birth control and monitor my cycle to avoid pregnancy. But accidents do happen and I'd rather be cautious.

Petrol is very cheap in the USA, I'm off to read and turn green with envy , the book was not $1.99US when I looked but it was still cheap, worked out to be about $11 here in New Zealand. Better than the $75 an overseas website quoted me for a hard copy. Our petrol equates to about USD$4.62 a gallon, if I calculated…

I've had to take 5 doses of anitbiotics this year, and every single time I take them I don't lose weight and feel like crap. There is also things to factor in such as how you were born (c-section birthed babies don't get a much needed dose of bacteria from mum on the way out), how you were fed as a baby (breast milk versus…

THANK YOU! I have been trying to find a physical copy of this book for months, which doesn't seem to be available in New Zealand. I can finally read it now. I didn't even think to look for an online version.

Awesome, thanks! I'm tasked with making something sweet for Christmas day this year and want to do a test run first.

I'm not good at baking, but almost every single day I have whipped cream with a dash of vanilla and a sweetener called Natvia. Natvia is a erythritol stevia mix, not not artificial, but does have a little bitter stevia taste. I adore softly whipped cream.

My tummy is still very saggy and baggy. I used to blame it on having c-sections, but know it was "hanging out" long before I had babies. This is me at 107.5kg, so I had lost 7.5kg at this point. I was sucking my tummy in as HARD as I could, like, felt my face going red I was sucking so hard. Look how enormous it is! I…

I'm 4'11" with pretty much no waist and find the boyfriend cut the best on me :-). I do have to sometimes sew parts here and there to get a perfect fit though. Jeans are OUT and revoltingly ugly baggy pants with hideous patterns seem to be In here in New Zealand right now. YUCK! Like this, but I have seen baggier:

Oh cool, thanks :-).

When I had gestational diabetes with my daughter in 2012, LOW FAT was drummed into me from every direction. They told me that fat effects blood sugar levels very badly, which puzzled me. My glucose meter said otherwise. Edited to add that my HbA1C was very poor/high until this year but my doctor credited weight loss for…

What is the flavour and texture like? I've never had that sort of cheese before. Can it be salted or would that ruin it?

Really? I know I am heavier than 150lbs, but I am 4'11" and would lose happily on 1800. Not all short people are glued to the sofa. I am about 167lbs, maybe a little less, I gained a few during a pregnancy that I lost this weekend. Yesterday was a good day and my fitbit (which has been highly accurate for me) says my TDEE…

I definitely would eat more when healing. I had surgery during the earlier part of my weight loss and it took a long time to heal until I decided to eat more, then it suddenly healed up quite nicely. I had a weeping wound for almost 11 weeks.

I use Lo Salt here in New Zealand, it's almost $6 but I do like the taste.
-
I only take folic acid, as a woman of breeding age I think it's important.
-
I was about 115kg/252lbs, and about the same as you for the rest. My BMI was 52. I still doubt I can lose all the weight.
-
That looks like good milk, for the same amount of milk we have here it is 11 carbs.
-
You look amazing!

I have some bloating right now from falling off the wagon, some of it must be air as there is a hell of a lot being expelled...
-
When off the wagon, numbers 1, 3 and 6. I didn't think soft drinks would be up there with how many sugar free kinds there are today. My kids get most of their carbs from bread and potatoes I expect.
-
You look amazing! I'm just now clambering back up on the wagon. Grazed my knee on a bolt I think... I am envious of those who only put on a couple of kg when falling off, I went from 74.4kg to 80.2kg in a week :-(.

Honestly, I hate my life right now. Looks like the pregnancy is exiting the building, bleeding and my test today is lighter. Not sure how I can cheer myself up enough to cope with pretending everything is all hunky dory, I hadn't told my partner yet. Was going to this weekend. Won't bother now. Sigh. Bring back the cake.
