I've been presenting for quite a while now with symptoms pointing to intolerances (have been lactose intolerant since I was about 12) of various foods. Visible bloating, ridiculous pain (can't stand up straight), toilet issues. Tested by doctor for celiac; came back negative. Currently being tested for IBS/IBD through a…

I think my point has already been made, but Europe is a bloody big continent made up of 51 countries/independent states. An experience in one country is not going to be the same in another one, especially if you take the North/South/East/West cultural differences into account. There's plenty of obesity here, especially…

Most of their workouts are visual (pictures, rather than videos) but darebee.com has some really good ones. They have lots of 'themed' workouts too which make it super fun! :)

Boyfriend told me he could see/feel that my tummy has gone down. Huzzah!

As a rule- unless it states 'with 200 mlmilk' or whatever on the box, calorie counts will just be for the cereal.

I tried these pancakes and couldn't stomach them- it was just like banana scrambled eggs to me! So I make pancakes with Greek yoghurt, an egg, a little flour and baking powder. Takes a bit of work so it's more a weekend breakfast but oh man does it taste good AND you get a good whack of protein. Personally, I am obsessed…

I have at least another 100lbs to lose- ideal world I'll lose about 15-20 more than that as well! Lost 60 already. Feel free to add me :)

I'm a geek! Me me me! Fantasy, videogames (basically if it's an RPG, by BioWare, Bethesda or I have to be a sneaky sneaksthief to get through the game I love it) but also pen and paper/table top/card games, SciFi, Comics, classic literature, movies, music, Harry Potter ('mon the badgers!) andddd so on and so forth. There's…

I have one mongrel (we THINK he's a Staffordshire/Jack Russel mix, but we can't be certain as he's a rescue) old man, and my Staffie Bull Terrier baby girl

I like the group idea! Feel free to add me, anyone  My profile is empty right now but I shall fill it out in due course!

I'm a geek! Me me me! I'm a massive fan of comics/superheroes (Marvel AND DC ), Doctor Who, Harry Potter, mythology, Vikings and Anglo Saxons, Tolkien (my dream PhD proposal is Medievalism and Tolkienism and Heroic Literature <3), sci fi and fantasy, classic horror, classic literature, zombies, Steampunk, gaming…

I don't always eat breakfast but when I do I alternate between: a bagel (wholewheat or cinnamon and raisin) with light cream cheese, wholewheat toast with avocado and an egg, wholewheat toast with tinned plum tomatoes and an egg, fat-free Greek yoghurt with cereal and fruit. If I've got the time and can be bothered, I…

Going through loads of clothes I had in storage and having all but two tiny items (that were small when I was 16!) fit me!

I'm finding that; I've lost 14lbs/1 stone so far and my 'tester' pair of jeans fits no differently! I think it can take a while so we just need to give it time and stick it out

I'm doing my first 5K in June. Nervous because I have never, in my life, been a runner but I'm working through the C25K app to train. As long as I do it in under 50 mins I'll be happy with that; I'm not built for speed!

You can get lacto-free milk, if you're struggling with the taste of alternatives. Honestly though after a week or so you get used to the flavour. One of my favourites is oat milk.
