Ready Brek. Help!

This is probably the dumbest question ever but the box of ready brek gives calories for 30g it does not state if that is just the ready brek or if it includes milk. I am adding the milk as extra calories
am I doing right.
Not all of us are brain boxes you know ;)

    A 30g serving is 111 calories. With 150ml semi skimmed milk it would be approximately 186 calories.

    As a rule- unless it states 'with 200 mlmilk' or whatever on the box, calorie counts will just be for the cereal.
