My face is starting to slim down again, and yesterday the bf's mother asked if I'd lost weight.

This might be a weird one, but I had on a tank top, saw myself in the mirror and thought "wow, this bra really gives me the illusion of having cleavage."
Then I realized I wasn't wearing a bra. I have definition in my chest! I love it!0 -
My 15 year old daughter told me she was proud of me for working so hard to get healthy. High praise from your teenager? Priceless!0

I'm eagerly awaiting this! Good for you!0 -
I can easily do three chinups and three pull ups in a row. I could only do one chin up and NO pull ups a few weeks ago!0

I'm wearing ankle length pants today. I previously thought that the only two women in the world who looked good in ankle pants were Audrey Hepburn and Laura Petrie but I tried on a pair yesterday and they actually look nice.0

Went shopping last night at Old Navy and on a whim tried on a size 16 which is a size smaller than what I FINALLY went down to a few weeks ago. To my surprise, I now fit into a pant size I haven't worn since my sophomore/junior year of HIGH school. They're a little muffin toppy but I don't care I bought shorts and boyfriend jeans. And two of the shirts I got were a L instead of an XL from there.1

I was finally able to zip pants I brought in September 2014, sure I cant actually wear them in public....but give me a few months!!

I put my skinny jeans away last year and when I put them on this week they were a little baggy!
Also, I looked back and noticed I have lost about 25 pounds since 2013...its a slow progress but its real and it's all mine!
Glory to God!2 -

This maybe is a mix of scale and non-scale: I work in healthcare and anytime obesity comes up as a risk factor, measure, etc. I always felt super self-conscious. This most recent time it was discussed was the first time I could sit there knowing that I was no longer clinically obese!2

I'm able to drink 3 liters of water a day now. Before, I might have gotten a cup in. Then worked my way to 8, and now this. In 2 months.
Also, as someone who is hopelessly addicted to Dr Pepper...I am going on day 3 without one1 -

They are still a little snug, but they went on! (and seriously, they make me feel like a a superhero) Those boots were my main motivation to start this, because I was so ashamed, and depressed that they were so awesome and so seemingly out of my reach...and they weren't, i just had to get off my butt and work towards them...and it really worked!
I'm glad to hear. I can't wait until I can wear boots that I can actually zip up lol.0 -
Today my job had another lunch event. And for the 2nd time I ate what I brought regardless of the chips and cookies and subway sandwiches they brought in. I won't lie they did smell goood!1

The weather was super nice on Sunday and my husband and I went for a walk on some trails in our local woods. He kept asking if I was OK, Did I need to rest?, Did I need to head back? Normally my knees would have just been screaming but I was doing great. We walked all over that park for 2+ hours. We later figured it up that it was a 3.5 mile walk. Have not been able to do that for over 6 YEARS. Thanks My Fitness Pal!!!!!4

The scales didn't move this week, but my body fat % dipped below 30% (to 29.9%)! I know scales measuring bf aren't super accurate, but I'll take that as progress and a sign of recomposition rather than plateau1

- I had to start wearing a belt!
- Then I had to go from the third notch of my belt to the fourth!
- My arms don't bump against my middle anymore when I walk--there's space there!
- But, all my Vicky's Secret bras are now...roomy...so, there's that.

I bought a pair of size 12 jeans and a size 10 in pants for work! This is when I realized I really do need to get rid of all the size 20 pants in my closet!!1

Going through loads of clothes I had in storage and having all but two tiny items (that were small when I was 16!) fit me!1

I've been using the Runtastic push ups app recently, could barely manage 14 in a session when I started. Today I did 54 push ups.
Fifty freaking four!1 -
The hubster and I were loading up a donation box, and I ran upstairs to grab the pants I've shrunk out of.
I held them out to him, and he asked, "Don't you want to keep them, just in case?"
"Nope, " I said, dropping them into the box, "I don't need to."
And I don't.

As of yesterday I have lost 32kgs. My most recent NSV is small but soo exciting for me: My thighs no longer touch when I am on the cross trainer or exercise bike and I can see a visible gap whilst my legs are 'shoulder width' apart doing weights. Before I put on weight I was still unhappy with my legs and to be able to see results like this when I am not yet at my goal weight is so amazing! Also, I have been able to get all the bags of skinny clothes out of the shed and back into the wardrobe essentially quadrupling my wardrobe as well as my confidence. Exciting times!1

I didn't have to turn sideways to fit through narrow gaps between parked cars. 10 kgs ago I was always a paranoid that I was going to set off an alarm because I'm a bit clumsy and just couldn't fit through them very well.1
