I don't think it makes a difference for weight loss, but when I do feel motivated to go to them gym in the morning - especially a boot camp class, I often feel me a champ for the rest of the day. Ok that was was tough. I did the super challenge. I really wanted to quit. Haha I did full push-ups except for three half way. But the rest were full, which I normally do half ones so I'm proud I finished pretty strong!

I walk to and from work every day and go home for lunch. It's about 3 miles per day. I also try to lift 5 days a week if not more as well as cardio. Either an hour class or 20-40 minute run. This month I'm trying to do ab exercises everyday. If you google ab challenges for the month you can find something to try out.

So far it has been working for her and she has been losing weight. The point of this whole thread was to do a challenge. Instead it has a bunch of people ragging on the way she adds her exercise. If it works for her then who cares is all I'm saying. And clearly from her post it is working for her.
