    They are for sure. My wife has even started her journey and has lost over 50lbs. I'm looking to buy my 4th pair of walking shoes. l3b5v6fckyon.jpg

    Absolutely incredible. You have done what I am trying to do - dig myself out of a really freaking deep hole that I put myself in a long time ago. I started somewhere around 380, and am now 314. I struggle daily, but I'm still losing. You give me faith that it can be done!
