Walked to and from the gym (2.5 miles), did an hour of yoga while I was there. I usually jump on the elliptical after, but I forgot to put on deodorant and couldn't bring myself to stink up the joint.0

I walked for 20 minutes on my morning break at work. Hopefully I'll get another 15 or 20 minutes in again this afternoon

I'm recovering from flu but I did manage a 30 minute uphill walk this morning and I got on my exercise bike0

I did my "free weight/Smith machine" circuit leg day:
55 lb. pliet squat - 4 sets of 20
35 lb. side lunge - 4 sets of 20
(this typically includes lunges holding two 25 lb. plates but I was running short on time due to getting pulled over, and then proceeding to get into a car accident...oh happy day, right?)
2 - 45 lb. Smith squat - 4 sets of 12
2 - 35 lb. front seated squat - 4 sets of 12 (not sure how to explain this one...where you have your feet in front and go into a "sitting" position. I'm guilty of making up my own names for work outs)
2 - 25 lb. split or Bulgarian squats - 4 sets of 12 each leg
2 - 30 lb. hip thrusts - 2 sets of 20 (usually do 4 sets of 20 with 2 - 45 lb. plates but I couldn't find the pad for the bar and my hip bones couldn't take it...excuses, excuses)0
