Challenge 3 I ate cucumbers, mixed greens in my salad, spinach, and broccoli this week.

Challenge 2 I chose CRIKEY! SURF’S UP!” (Balance Video 2x, 30 min.) I really need to work on my balance so I chose to do this challenge again because I felt like I could improve on doing the video.

Challenge 1 I chose WEEK 5: VIAGGIA A VENEZIA! "VOGLIO UN GELATO!" (25 Min. Cardio and Legs Video) I chose this challenge because we had snow this week and I really wanted to work on toning legs this week.

I tried water chestnuts in my stir fry. I still can't get past the texture and crunch of them. I know they don't have much taste, but I'm not putting them into another dish I make again.

I hope everyone is having a great day. This is a very hectic week. My daughter is in a play that runs Thursday-Saturday. It's spirit week at school so we've had a crazy schedule. I'm trying to finish up walking outside tomorrow, but it has been cold outside so it's been a bit challenging. The dances are fun. :)

Looks like a good one. I'm staying very focused this week because it's a busy week with evening meetings. So far I've prepared my meals for the week so I can eat healthy without grabbing something quickly that isn't a good choice. :)
