My main goal for November was to loose 10 pounds. I am happy to say that I have dropped 6 of those pounds. I am becoming healthier and enjoy the Keto lifestyle.

I have two goals for November. I set them as walking more, and losing another 10 pounds. I have been walking more and down 2.5 pounds. Good luck to all of us in reaching our November goals.

Not a silly question at all. Drinking enough water is the number 1 thing!!! Senna, smooth move tea, psyllium husks are also some things to use. I use MCT oil to meet my daily fat intake and helps with this too.

The best " bread" recipe I have found is the fat head pizza crust.You can cut in circles and make chalupas, hamburger buns, taco shells, etc.. I take one spoon in water two hours before eating breakfast. I wanted to really cleanse from toxins. I did research and came to find this was a good way to do so.
