Tuesday, 1/12: Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yes, 20 min. walk with the pup after work. Lots of walking at working today too. Goals/Day/Comments: Haven't been craving junk foods at all over the past few days. Craving veggies and healthy foods. I've been sleeping better at night and more energy during the day.
