Has been an up and down week for me. I did drop down to 174 (my lowest weight this go around) over the weekend last weekend and then have just had no control when it comes to snacking this week. ugh! Started back up on my Slimfast shakes this morning, that was what jumped started this go around of weight loss so hoping to get back on track. I have been keeping up with my water lately so that's a plus, I think it's keeping the water weight down. It's so crazy because I was about this weight that I am now 3 years ago and felt like a whale but I guess having gotten up to 208 and then coming down again, I feel almost skinny now. At any rate, hoping to get back on track and see those numbers head back down.3 -

Still struggling with snacking. I start out the day really well, have been keeping hydrated, but in the evening the snacking is really hurting me. Some days I have no willpower. Have started walking again in the mornings. Trying to stay motivated. My daughter is my role model, she lost 78 lbs this past 1-2 years so that helps me see that it is possible. Some days I do well with my eating and some I do so horribly, but I'm glad that I haven't given up and I tell myself if I give up, then I definitely am not going to lose the weight but I do start each day with a hopeful, positive attitude towards the weight loss and I've see that its really ups and downs and I just gotta hang in there.1
