    I just have no control when it comes to weekends away I think, that coupled with quite a lot of stress at home at the min is not great. I need to find a way to turn it around asap

    @tracie-lord. Not that I’m doing very well in this challenge, but what helps me is water. We should be drinking lots of water every day. When I notice my food consumption getting out of control I start drinking more water. A gulp after every bite. This helps me slow down with eating and fills me up faster. Keep your chin up. We are here for you.

    I 100% agree with you on this. Its the one thing i'm good at tbh hahaha I drink 2-4 litres per day

    I've even been great with gym last 2 weeks. Its the weekends away and the festivals that just ruin me :(

    Got another show this weekend and then quiet for a few so hopefully pull it back.

    Great advice. That's one thing I have noticed is that when I am staying hydrated, that's when I have the most weight loss.

    I went up this week but have weighed myself several times this week (which I don't usually do) and I had peaked at 1.5 lb gain and it's gone down today and the time before that, so while I'm sad to see a gain, for now, it's a downward trend. My son's fire academy graduation was last week an we traveled out of town for that so there was a lot of snacking and heavy meals. Still proud of myself because I kept logging even when I knew I was going grossly over). I've got this nagging idea that I am going to hit a plateau so trying to stay positive.

    Congrats to those who had losses this week and I hope those of us who didn't can still stay motivated (or get back the motivation).
