    Right guys I participate in a lot of the challenges in here and I'm doing ok. I would love to hit my first goal before I go on holiday on 14th Sept - anyone else join me? I will log on a spreadsheet and graphical progress :)

    I'm Tracie, I'm 37 from the UK and 5'11 and my weigh day is Fridays

    My food diary is open as I love cooking and diet is the main way I have lost so feel free to add me as a friend.

    Was on vacation this past week and had so much fast food that I was afraid to get on the scale today. I really wasn't going to because I knew it had to go up and I was pleasantly surprised that it only went up a little. (I think being a part of this challenge really gave me the final push to get on it so I could report something and I'm glad I did because now I know what I am working with and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be). I didn't totally keep up with the calorie counting but I attempted to each day and I think that that helped because I still tried to make as many good choices/tradeoffs as I could. I also really tried to keep up with my water and I really thinked that helped as well.
