4 calories per carb, 4 calories per protein, and 9 calories per fat. I just did the math on my macros (without exercise adjustments), and it would only put me over my calorie goal by 5 calories if I hit them all perfectly.

There are times when I crave chocolatey cakey goodness (like now), and I handle the cravings by baking with protein powder. The recipes I make are usually low calorie with a good balance of protein, fat, and fiber, and they get me through my TOM without setting me back on my goals.

People who use our bar chairs as foot stools. This is a public place of business, not your house! Put your filthy feet on the floor where they belong! And women who hover over the toilet and don't clean up after themselves. Maybe the scary public toilet seat wouldn't be so dirty if you weren't always peeing on it!
