    I am totally new and would like to share my diary if I can figure out how to. I need to be able to share with someone. I have 106 pounds to lose.

    Nana - Go to "Settings," "Diary Settings," "Diary Sharing" - Then you can choose public (anyone can see) or just friends. I believe this can only be completed on a PC - not through the phone app.
